So I downloaded DaVinci Resolve Studio 16 and installed it. Now, whenever I try to open DaVinci Resolve Studio 16, I get asked for an activation key that I never received. I do have a serial number, but it is apparently not the same number of digits as the activation key. What should I do? I could go back to DaVinci Resolve 15 for now.
